• Wolfgang Schnittger,  FCA, MIPFMA.

Managing Director – A Chartered Accountant and a member of the Irish Property & Facilities Management Association.
Wolfgang founded Schnittger Property Management Limited in 2007 and brings a wealth of experience with him to the Managing Agent function where he defines policy for SPM, and in particular in advising on all matters financial to our Clients.

• Geoff Bell – Director/Administration

Geoff also a founder member of Schnittger Property Management Limited, and has a background in the provision of Management & Information Technology Services at senior management level in a major financial institution. Geoff in particular deals with debtor control/service charge payment and liaising with Management Company Solicitors on all legal matters.

• Steven Bourne – Director/Operations.

Steven controls all operational day to day issues in the business and is pro-active in maintaining close contact with Management Company Directors and members to ensure we are aware of all operational issues as they arise. Steven is currently studying for a Degree in Financial Accounting & Business Management. Steven has also completed a Diploma in Property & Facilities Management and is a member of the IPFMA.

• Hilary Byrne, FCA

Hilary is a Chartered Accountant and deals with all of our VAT and CRO filings as well as liaising with the various Auditors to ensure the timely delivery of Audited Accounts for all Management Companies.

• Jackie Lennon & Anne Walker

Jackie & Ann provide all of the varied and detailed administrative functions that are required in a busy office to ensure all of our Management Company clients receive the quality service that we strive to provide.
